Cody and Axel

Streets of Rage 4 REALLY got me wanting to draw. The Haggar vs Max Thunder Final Fight and Streets of Rage crossover got me wanting to do another crossover. This time with Cody and Axel but teaming up instead of staring down. I've got more coming and yes Blaze Fielding is coming sooner or later.
